Therefore, the Delaware Lottery would be allowed to also sell Mega Millions tickets alongside Powerball. Powerball's jackpots currently start at $20 million and draws Wednesday and Saturday Nights. This state offers video lottery games, as well as, being one of only four states where wagering on sports is legal. A bill was signed in May 2009 that is much broader than the previous sports wagering law. The minimum age to play is 18, except for video lottery and sports betting, which have a minimum of 21. FYI: Delaware's liquor stores do not allow underage persons in them, the minimum age to purchase tickets in such locations is effectively 21.
